Welcome to Azul Margarita Beach Resort. By using our services and website, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card or deposit is required to confirm your booking. Rates are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a one-night charge.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The resort reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other guests.

5. Liability

The resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes for valuables. Swimming and other recreational activities are at the guest's own risk.

6. Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Azul Margarita Beach Resort and protected by copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mombasa, Kenya.
